I didn't realize it was a one question survey, otherwise I would have selected other to add my comment:
The use of Family Tabs might be more effective if there were only one per row. Sure, it's a bit inconvenient for people to have to get up to hand the tab to the next person that is 5 chairs down the row, but you get the opportunity to see more names (and perhaps actually talk to that person 5 chairs down).
As it was, in my section of my row (with each section getting it's own Family Tab), there were 4 people, including my wife and myself, so I saw 2 new names.
