What I have learned over and over again is that the best candidates for staff positions are key volunteers that continually and consistently invest in the Kingdom. Zach has been pouring his life and talents into the Waterloo campus since its inception. His energy inspires us to offer more to God. His passion leads many of us into deeper worship each weekend.

We had the priviledge of worshiping with you this past Sunday, and talked with you briefly after the service (our friends Seth and Jess expressed interest in helping with the praise band), thank you for helping them feel welcome there - hope you get a chance to visit with John and Michelle about their current situation, and can reach out to them where they are!
